Through the generosity of individual donors, the Junior League of Sacramento (JLS) Annual Fund provides essential support to our programs and training. The Annual Fund gives donors the opportunity to contribute directly to the our programs and other support needs. Regardless of the amount, your contribution makes a difference and is tax deductible to the extent the law allows.

1. Junior League Community Programs
The JLS has been serving the Sacramento area for over 70 years! We are proud to have originated or assisted hundreds of local non-profits, agencies and community programs in our area! Please click here to see the list.
Each year the Junior League works in the community providing impactful volunteer opportunities for our members. This year, our Nutrition focus is helping us make a difference for area children through our work with the Read and Feed Demonstration Garden, Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services, the Boys and Girls Club of Sacramento, Women's Empowerment and Senior Gleaners.

3. Greatest Need of the Junior League
Junior League members pay dues that go directly to the general support of the League (i.e. building, equipment, utilities, payroll, website support, supplies, etc). A portion of the dues payment also goes to the Association of Junior Leagues International for overall training and support. Donations to the Greatest Need are directed by the JLS Board of Directors, to the area within the League that has a specific requirement.
