It’s nice to meet you. We’re sure we’ll be fast friends. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. You’re here because you want to learn more about the JLS so let’s get started. Here’s a short version of our story. Grab a seat, your favorite drink and kick your feet up.

Including our Active Members and our Sustaining Members, we’re a group of approximately 700 women who want to make a difference here in Sacramento. Our Members ages span decades, their careers span industries and our desires align to see our community become an even better place to live and work.

It’s not all work and no play, though. We have several affinity groups that meet regularly throughout the Metro connecting women with their specific interests–everything from theatre to book clubs to happy hours to golf to running. And pretty much everything in between.

There are also many ways for women to get involved in leadership within the League. With leadership positions ranging from Committee Chair to members of our Board of Directors, we have a great fit for your specific interests and unique skill-sets.
