Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Junior League of Sacramento (JLS). We are grateful for the companies and individuals who partner with us to develop women leaders, promote voluntarism, and positively impact our community.
The Junior League of Sacramento, Inc. was founded in 1942 and includes more than 600 members. JLS offers leadership training for our diverse group of women members while tackling major projects and issues to improve the Sacramento community. We have founded or co-founded some of our region’s most valued resources, including:
- The Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento
- Sacramento Crisis Nurseries
- Fairytale Town
- Crocker Art Museum Docent Program
Our current community focus is empowering girls to be confident leaders through programming centered on self-esteem, character development, and educational achievement.
There are many ways in which we can partner with each other this year and in the future. Annual Partners fund everything JLS does from community outreach to leadership training, and offers the best opportunity to promote your brand among our membership. Touch-A-Truck(TM) Sponsors support our annual fundraising event in November, which welcomes more than 1,500 kids, families and community members to Raley Field for a hands-on educational event with trucks, machines, and games. G.E.T. Loud: Girls Empowered Together is our March expo for middle school aged girls and sponsors for this event allow us to provide a full day of workshops and presentations in key areas like STEM, health & fitness, and confidence & emotional well-being.
We have two new programs with sponsorship opportunities: G.E.T. Strong is a pilot program partnering with Title 1 schools to provide group sessions on healthy communication and positive body image. Women Empowered to Rise is a college-level, credit-bearing women’s leadership program. Both programs provide additional support to the diverse women and girls in the community
